Cellyn AI is developed by the Cellyn team, based in Europe. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
2. Data Processing โ–ผ
We process only the minimum data necessary to provide our services. Spreadsheet data is processed in real-time and never permanently stored. Account data (email, name) is stored securely for authentication purposes.
3. AI Processing โ–ผ
AI processing is performed by Google Vertex AI under strict data processing agreements. Your data is never used to train AI models. Processing occurs in EU data centers with full GDPR compliance.
4. Your Rights โ–ผ
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. You can also object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Contact privacy@cellyn.ai for any requests.

Cellyn AI is currently in MVP (Minimum Viable Product) phase. This version is provided for testing and evaluation purposes only. Features may change, and service availability is not guaranteed.
2. License โ–ผ
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cellyn AI for personal, non-commercial purposes during the MVP phase. Commercial use requires a separate agreement.
3. Restrictions โ–ผ
You may not: reverse engineer the software, use it for illegal purposes, share your account credentials, or attempt to circumvent any security measures.
4. No Warranty โ–ผ
The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI outputs or uninterrupted service availability during the MVP phase.
